What is the Distinguished Area Program?

Like the Distinguished Club Program, the area also has a Distinguished Area Program.  The criteria is outlined by Toastmasters International, and it recognizes those areas that have helped their Clubs, and ultimately their members, succeed, which in turn helps the District.

What are the levels of distinction that an area can earn through this program?
