At our June 2005 District Officer training session we designed the following Coat of Arms for for division E. What does it mean?

Upper left: E is a spirited Division! Our chant from the Spring 2005 District 25 conference was "There's no Place Like E!"

Upper Right: Our division thrives on Competitive Excellence -- being the best we can be!

Center: We feel a sense of urgency to achieve a lot quickly. So, we are racing to achieve and supporting each other in that race

Lower left: We are a team of Areas and Clubs in E dedicated to helping each other excel. Together, by helping each other, we are collectively stronger than the sum of our individual parts.

Lower Right: Our Division E Theme for 2005-2006 is "Serving Excellence with a Personal Touch".

We serve to help our members practice Excellence

Those we serve are excellent.

We serve them excellence in the form of:

	Best Practices
	Coaching
	Encouragement
	Information

all needed to help our members continually improve and exceed their personal goals

	We serve it excellently and with a personal touch
	By doing so we help each member craft their legacy of excellence.

Together we are Excellent, Enthusiastic, and Empowered. We are E!
